2026 Wisconsin District Ladies Ministries Scholarship Details


The Opportunity:

Each year, we are honored to award three $500 scholarship gifts to students dedicated to their ministry education. These awards are designed to support the next generation of leadership within our district. Awarded funds are disbursed via check directly to the registrar of your selected Bible College


Eligibility Requirements: 

To be considered for this award, applicants must:

• Be a faithful member of a Wisconsin District UPCI church.

• Plan to attend a UPCI-sponsored Bible College in the coming Fall Semester.

• Be in good standing with his or her local church.

Note: Upon receipt of your application, the WLM will contact your pastor to verify and approve the request.


How to Apply:

The application portal officially opens at 8:00 AM CST on March 1, 2026.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to those who meet all eligibility factors. We strongly encourage you to apply as soon as the portal opens.

  • How Your Church Can Participate

    • Appoint a Boutique Lead: Select one woman from your congregation to coordinate the gathering of clothing
    • Register Your Lead. Pastor's Wives received an email/realm notification with contact info. 
    • Boutique Lead will receive specific instructions regarding Inventory Forms and item delivery times/locations

  • Clothing Guidelines & Standards

    • We want our boutique to feel like a high-end resale experience
    • Styles: Modest attire, including dresses, skirts & tops. Please, no pants or athletic leggings
    • Condition: Items must be "like new" - clean, pressed, and free of stains, odors, holes or missing buttons
    • Quality: Modern styles or timeless vintage pieces that others would be excited to wear

  • Shopping Times & Prices

    • New to You Boutique will be open during Shop hours
    • We will be following standard, flat pricing for items
    • Boutique provides an affordable option for modest dressing

  • Proceeds to Benefit Mother's Memorial

    • At the conclusion of the Retreat, the total earnings from the booth will be tallied
    • All earnings will support Mother's Memorial
    • Each participating church will receive a portion of those funds credited to their Mothers Memorial goal

Wisconsin Ladies Ministries (WLM) exists to invest in the spiritual growth of Wisconsin ladies, while raising funds to support the mission of the church globally. WLM hosts numerous events where ladies are encouraged to grow in Christ and fellowship with one another, with the keystone event being the annual Wisconsin Ladies Retreat, held in May. WLM is committed to providing opportunities for women to use their influence, gifting, and financial support to further the kingdom of God.
