1. All staff volunteers
2. Kids Camp campers
3. Jr & Sr High Camp campers
4. Family Camp on site registrations

Background Check Forms are required for:

Any staff volunteers 18 and older for all camps (Kids Camp, Jr & Sr High Camp, & Family Camp)
