WI District Conference Registration is OPEN!
| Important notes to read BEFORE registering: Be sure to choose the correct Registration for each person attending. You MUST click on the dropdown arrow to see the full name of the registration to be sure you are choosing the correct one. (There are multiple choices for spouses, please read closely) After you click Next: Review, please review closely. If you need to make any changes, click on Edit Details at the bottom of the light blue box. Then you MUST click on the blue REGISTER button to complete your registration. Also, it is on this page that you can download and print any forms needed. You may also click flowcode.com/p/5tLHmhF1x?fc=0 or scan the QR code at the bottom of the page to complete any of the permission forms electronically or even register. Pastors, please complete the correct forms for your NGL Attendees & your Aspiring Ministers. They all must register also! If you choose to pay in person, please mail a check to the District Office by March 1st. Click Register. You should receive a pop-up notification that you are registered and/or receive an email to verify your registration. If neither of those are received, please notify me and I can double check your registration. (These instructions may be a bit different depending on if you use your mobile device or a computer.) We’re happy to announce that Registration for 2024 WI District Conference is now open and we will again be using Realm for on-line registration! We encourage all of you to take advantage of the convenience of registering online. Click the “Register On-Line Here!” button below and follow the instructions. While the district office prefers you register this way, we also understand some people may be less-than-comfortable using the computer to register & pay. If you prefer to fill out a paper form, you can select the “WI District Conference Mail-In Registration & Schedule” button below, print it out, and mail the completed form into the district office with your check or money order. How to Register for District Conference Deadline to Register 3/1/24 ONLINE: IMPORTANT: (**IMPORTANT** When registering online, you MUST register each family member as a separate person within the same registration so we have an accurate headcount for meals Also, the person registering MUST use THEIR OWN name and THEIR OWN email or THEIR SPOUSE’S name and THEIR SPOUSE’S email, (Don’t mix & match names & emails) 1) Realm Members: Register on Realm Connect or onrealm.org 2) Non-members: Click the “Register Online Here!” button 3) Non-members: Go to upciwisconsin.church & click available link (It will be available soon) BY MAIL: Complete the registration form and mail to the district office together with a check or money order made payable to WI District UPCI. We appreciate you using Realm as this will help us and the Osthoff Resort to have better information to manage this event more efficiently. The management staff at the Osthoff are EXTREMELY happy with the information given to them from reports generated by registering with Realm. Let’s make them happy again!!
