We’re happy to announce that Registration for 2021 WI District Conference is now open and will again be using AccessACS for on-line registration! We encourage all of you to take advantage of the convenience of registering online.
While the district office prefers you register this way, we also understand some people may be less-than-comfortable using the computer to register & pay. If you prefer to fill out a paper form, you can select the “Download District Conference Registration Form” button below, print it out, and mail the completed form into the district office with your check or money order.
How to Register for District Conference (Deadline to Register 3/9/21)

IMPORTANT:
(IMPORTANT When registering online, you MUST register each family member as a separate person within the same registration so we have an accurate headcount for meals Also, the person registering MUST use THEIR OWN name and THEIR OWN email or THEIR SPOUSE’S name and THEIR SPOUSE’S email, (Don’t mix & match names & emails)
1) ACS Members: Register on Access ACS or Church Life App
2) Non-members: Click the “Register Online Here!” button
3) Non-members: Go to upciwisconsin.church & click available link
BY MAIL:
Complete the registration form and mail to the district office together with a check or money order made payable to WI District UPCI
We appreciate you using AccessACS as this will help us and the Osthoff Resort to have better information to manage this event more efficiently. The management staff at the Osthoff were EXTREMELY happy with the information given to them from reports generated by registering with AccessACS the last few years. Let’s make them happy again!!
