WI District Registration is OPEN!
Greetings!
We’re happy to announce that Registration for 2023 WI District Conference is now open and we will again be using Realm for on-line registration! We encourage all of you to take advantage of the convenience of registering online. Click the “Register On-Line Here!” button below and follow the instructions.
While the district office prefers you register this way, we also understand some people may be less-than-comfortable using the computer to register & pay. If you prefer to fill out a paper form, you can select the “WI District Conference Mail-In Registration & Schedule” button below, print it out, and mail the completed form into the district office with your check or money order.
How to Register for District Conference

(**IMPORTANT** When registering online, you MUST register each family member as a separate person within the same registration so we have an accurate headcount for meals Also, the person registering MUST use THEIR OWN name and THEIR OWN email or THEIR SPOUSE’S name and THEIR SPOUSE’S email, (Don’t mix & match names & emails)
1.) Realm Members: Register on Realm Connect or onrealm.org
2.) Non-members: Click the “Register Online Here!” button
3.) Non-members: Go to upciwisconsin.church & click available link
BY MAIL:
Complete the registration form and mail to the district office together with a check or money order made payable to WI District UPCI
We appreciate you using Realm as this will help us and the Osthoff Resort to have better information to manage this event more efficiently. The management staff at the Osthoff are EXTREMELY happy with the information given to them from reports generated by registering with Realm. Let’s make them happy again!!
